Photography Release Statement

As part of the registration process for participation in Summerside Dolphin Swim Club (SDSC) activities, we seek your consent to capture and use photographs and/or video recordings of athletes during Club-related events. These may include, but are not limited to, practices, swim meets, awards ceremonies, team gatherings, and other SDSC functions.

By registering, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Photographs and/or video recordings may be taken of athletes in individual or group settings.
• These images may be used by SDSC for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, newsletters, websites, news articles, and event materials.
• No financial compensation or remuneration will be provided for the use of any photographs or recordings.
• SDSC will make reasonable efforts to ensure that all media is respectful, inclusive, and representative of our Club values.

If you have concerns or wish to opt out of photography for specific circumstances, please contact the Club Administrator at SDSC@summersidedolphins.com prior to the start of the season.

By completing registration, you confirm that you have read and understood this release and grant permission for the use of photographic and video materials as described above.
